All events are closed private events only paid members of this trail and one invited guest of there choice may particiapte, but must fish from the same boat. These events are run and managed seperately from the team open events.
A one time annual membership fee of $30 dollars is required at your first event.
A $40 registration fee is required at every event this includes the lunker fee. In addition to this any facility fees will also apply.
Event registration starts 1 hour before event start time. Get there early events will start sharply at the scheduled start time. All boats must meet for a morning meeting 15 minutes before start of each event participants must be registered before this meeting takes place.
All boaters and non-boaters may arrange to fish together before the day of the event. If there are any non-boaters without a boater on the day of the event they will be paired with a boater that has an open seat by virtue of a blind draw. Please do not make arrangements to be someones non-boater the morning of the event.
Each boaters starting position is decided by a blind draw of numbers at the time of registration and the last boater to go will be the send-off boat.
A livewell check will be performed at the start of each event by the send-off boat. This member will call off assigned numbers and check livewells as you idle by them before takeoff.
Each participant fishes for there own limit of 2 fish in each event up until June 30th and 5 fish in each event after June 30th.
Placement in each event will be used for club standings based on a common point system. There will be two drops out of the 8 events if you are unable to make an event it will automatically be counted as one of your drops.
At the end of an event each participant must arrive at the weigh in location by the scheduled time. A penalty of 1 pound per minute that your late will be taken off the total weight of your fish for that day. This rule applies to both boaters and non-boaters.
